Diploma in Business Administration with over 26 years experience in luxury hotels, more than 16 as Chief Concierge at Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I, 8 years as Catalunya Delegate and  Vice President national of the “Clefs D’or” Association (Llaves de Oro españolas) and above all, passionate service and interpersonal relationship.
